What we do

How does Altice collect my personal information?We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Pay your bills
  • Use your credit or debit card

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, and other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions

Personal InformationPersonally identifiable financial information that we collect about an individual in connection with providing a financial product or service (for example, installment financing for a device), unless that information is otherwise publicly available.

For example, personal information includes but is not limited to, Social Security number, payment history and payment information, and credit history and credit score.
AffiliatesCompanies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
NonaffiliatesCompanies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint marketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

CSC Holdings, LLC, and CSC Wireless D/B/A Altice Mobile do not jointly market financial products with nonaffiliated financial companies.

Other important information

California: Under California law, we must get your permission before we can share your personal financial information with outside companies. This does not apply to sharing with outside companies that offer financial products or services. You have a right to "opt out" of information sharing with outside companies for those purposes.
